Start with a product in the spreadsheet and open the source listing or the available PikoBuy purchase link. Compare the photos, size chart, color, version and quantity. Save the original URL and make sure the option you select matches what you intend to buy.
PikoBuy’s official shopping guide says you can paste a product link or keywords into its search box. The guide identifies marketplaces including Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian. Availability and the way a listing is imported can differ, so check the result instead of assuming every product link will work automatically.
Place the purchasing order
Select the specifications and submit the order through PikoBuy. The first payment covers the purchase according to the amount shown at that stage. Prices and availability are subject to the actual purchase; the official guide says an out-of-stock order will be refunded. Read the details shown in your account and contact PikoBuy if anything is unclear.
Record the order number and chosen options. Watch for messages about missing stock, pricing differences or a seller’s questions. A useful order note should be specific: for example, identify the color and measurements you selected rather than using a vague instruction such as “best quality.”
Review and ship
When the product reaches the warehouse, PikoBuy describes check-in, photo confirmation and a defect check. Review the available photographs promptly and compare them with the order and listing. If something appears wrong, contact support and check applicable return conditions before sending the item internationally.
Once you are ready, select an available shipping route, submit your parcel and pay international shipping. Compare the destination, quoted cost, route restrictions and any relevant taxes or customs requirements. Tracking begins after dispatch; delivery times and available routes depend on the parcel and destination.
